Postpartum Support

• Immediate postpartum support following birth

• Support for initial bonding, including skin-to-skin contact and assistance with breastfeeding initiation.

• Assistance with newborn care basics including diapering, swaddling, soothing techniques.

• Emotional support for the birthing person, providing reassurance during the transition into the postpartum period.

• Checking in on the birthing person’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

• 2 Prenatal Visits : Includes two in-home or virtual visits designed to help you feel confident and prepared for birth. The first visit focuses on getting to know you, discussing your birth preferences, and creating a personalized birth plan. The second visit is dedicated to labor preparation — covering comfort techniques, partner support, and what to expect as labor begins.

• Resources Guidance: Access to valuable resources to support your journey, including chiropractors, pelvic floor therapist, and more. 

• Pregnancy And Postpartum Support: Ongoing support via email, text and phone for any questions or reassurance.

• Continuous Labor and Birth Support: Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor and delivery to foster a positive birth experience.

• Immediate Post-Birth Care: I will stay with you after birth to help ensure you and your baby are settled and comfortable.

• Postpartum Visit: A home visit two weeks after birth to reflect on your birth experience, address any concerns, and provide resources for ongoing postpartum care.

Daytime Support Package – Nourishing Postpartum Care

• Our Daytime Support Package provides compassionate, hands-on help during the day to ease the transition into parenthood. From newborn care and feeding guidance to light household support and emotional check-ins, we’re here to help you feel confident and supported.

• Available in 4-hour increments, starting at a 20-hour minimum

Nighttime Support Package – Restorative Overnight Care

• Our Night Doula Package is designed to support your family during the night while you establish healthy routines and get the rest you need. With overnight care, we help soothe and care for your baby while offering gentle guidance, so you can wake up more balanced and refreshed.
